ACCOMMODATIONS Located in Old Town Key West, I offer a 1 bedroom cottage with a queen size bed plus a fold out couch. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a full sized stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and dinner service for four. There is a small fenced in yard with a private entrance to Catherine St.

Located only 2 blocks off Duval St. , you are within 10 minutes easy walking distance to South Beach, local banks, pharmacies, liquor stores and all the downtown shops, bars, and restaurants.

FISHING Key West is fortunate to offer some of the most exciting sport fishing in the continental United States. There is a wide variety of trophy fish taken each year. Some of the most common species include Sailfish, Wahoo, Barracuda, Dolphin, Tuna and King Mackerel.

The charter boat SOUTHBOUND is a locally built 40 ft fiberglass sportfisherman. On all fishing trips, tackle and bait are provided. Anglers need only bring sun screen, perhaps a camera and whatever you wish to eat or drink. Cooler space and ice are provided. Your three days of fishing can be any three days of your stay provided I have no prior reservations on that date. You may pick your days when making your reservations. Generally, I suggest an alternate day schedule, (Mon. , Wed. , Fri,). This allows for a rest day between fishing trips and decreases the chances of consecutive foul weather days.

In case of un-fishable weather a trip is automatically re-booked to the next open day. If there are no open days (due to other bookings) a $350.00 refund will be issued for each trip missed. Un-fishable weather is determined by myself as captain. Remember, we are fortunate because we can fish the Atlantic or the Gulf of Mexico. Poor conditions in one usually means protected waters in the other and both provide the opportunity for some quality trophy fishing.

THE CATCH After a day of fishing, the mate will gladly fillet some of the catch for the you. Customers are encouraged to enjoy their catch while they are in Key West and are welcome to bring a moderate amount of fish fillets home with them, however, I have limited freezer space and also one of the ways I am able to offer this package at this price is by selling part of the catch. For those reasons, customers are limited to approximately 20 lbs of filleted fish per trip. This is a Sportfishing package and for those customers that desire large amounts of fish to take home, I am available for individual day charters without the accommodations


RESERVATIONS All reservations require a $1,000.00 deposit to secure. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cashiers check are accepted for deposits. Unpaid balance is due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or Travelers Checks are accepted for the balance. No personal checks for the deposit or balance please, unless received at least 14 days prior to arrival. . In the case of a cancellation, $1,000 deposit is refundable with a minimum of 21 days notice. A credit card voucher in the amount of $500 is required upon arrival. This will be applied against damages, if any, with the unused portion refunded after departure. The $2,925.00 package price is for occupancy by up to 4 people maximum. Check-in is 2 P.M.  and check-out is 10 A.M. . However, arrival and departure days may be flexible depending upon other bookings. Please call before making your airline reservations. Additional days of accommodations or fishing are available barring conflict with other reservations
When Sport Fishing it is customary to tip the mate. This is not included in the package price of $2,925.00. Approximately 15-20% per full day trip is appropriate
( based on a full day charter price of $975.00)

SUBSTITUTIONS ( For those parties who like to fish but don't want three full days of fishing.) I will be glad to take you for a day of snorkeling or on an evening sunset cruise instead of a days fishing trip at no extra charge. Please ask for further details when making your reservations.
