The wind has been blowing

pretty hard the last couple days. It is coming out of the Southeast. This allows us to fish in relative comfort in the Gulf of Mexico because the Islands block some of the wind. Unfortunately, the Gulf will get too stirred up for trolling if it keeps blowing.  If that happens,  we can still bottom fish there and keep it reasonable for those that don’t like the bigger waves. We had a late afternoon trip today and decided to keep it on the calmer side. We released a big barracuda and caught some King mackerel and some Spanish Mackerel.
