Bonitos, Amberjacks and ended the day with a nice Hammerhead Shark!

Hammerhead Sharks are migrating through in record numbers.
The Shark in the top right corner has picked up the scent of the bait and
is charging up the scent trail leaving a wake!
Fought a 10 ft Hammerhead Shark for 3 hrs
Pictures don’t do it justice, but this fish was a beast.
Estimated over 400 lbs!
It was difficult to control the shark even after it was tired.
You can’t tell in the picture, but the head of the shark is sticking out just
past the end of the boat and the tail is a foot past the lowere end of the picture

It was our “day in the Barrel”
Lost a Sailfish,
Lost a hammerhead shark,
Lost a Bonito and
Lost a Cobia.
We did catch a dolphin for dinner.
Days like today are why I have very little hair!
