We caught some Barracudas
and a nice Mutton Snapper trolling the reef. We released a nice Black Grouper. It would have been legal if the season wasn’t closed, but that’s not until May 1st, so back it went
Then we heard there were some dolphin
being caught out deep. It was a long way to go, but the reef had been slow today so, we took a gamble and ran out to 800ft of water.
There was a ton of sargasso weed to fish around.
Big patches everywhere. Perfect for Dolphin fishing. We caught about 7-8 dolphin, but only 2 keepers.
